Private Label Program

ESS can provide a comprehensive private label program for customers of any size. Our efforts include product selection, testing, literature creation, sales training and in selected instances warehousing of units in the United States. Our program is simple to understand and may provide the benefits of market differentiation, lower pricing on dedicated part numbers and brand identity.

Please review the notes below when considering the option of private labeling.

• Private label customers can be provided with a label showing their company logo, their own part numbering system if they so desire, bar coding and product identification information.
  
• On a dedicated basis, orders for as few as 5 pieces per number, per order can be handled.
  
• Unit pricing on all private label programs can be negotiated based on quarterly commitments and monthly releases.
  
• Special instructions can be developed for inclusion in the product box, along with warranty information if desired.
  
• Cataloging can be arranged on the basis of limited application selection. For instance, selected groups of starting motors and alternators that fit certain market needs, such as forklift, farm tractor and etc.
  
• Market literature can be developed, matching the label message and branding strategy desired.
  
• Sales training for outside and inside personnel can be designed as part of the overall package.
  
• Technical service, via a toll free number can be provided, on a charge per call basis.
  

Some of the service offerings above will carry a charge at cost to create. Once done, the program costs are only those associated with reprinting of marketing materials, installation instructions and etc. The level of liability on warranty returns, stock returns, freight costs and other factors will affect the price per unit to the customer. In short it will be possible to create a program as comprehensive or as targeted as needed.
