Because of the unique nature of the ESS product offerings, and our location on the east coast of the United States, the need for regional distributors handling our product line exists. Please review the requirements listed below to see if our distributor program is of interest to your company.

• Distributor pricing is available across the board for all applications shown on our website.
• Distributors are expected to support our efforts in their region as we attempt to sell our units to the general marketplace.
• Distributor terms are FOB our plant for all orders.
• Terms are net 10th, with no discounts. Past due accounts will be placed on immediate COD status.
• All units are sold outright and warranty is as stated in the ESS Policy section of our website.
• An ESS distributor agreement will be in place for 12 months from the date of contract signing. At the end of the initial contract period, the agreement will remain in effect on a month to month basis until a new 12 month agreement is signed.
• Distributors will be given a dedicated territory, noted by county, and referrals gained from our website activity within those counties will be presented to them for service.
• Distributor locations will be noted on our website.
• There is a requirement to place a minimum opening order of $3,000 USD.
• Distributor pricing will carry over to the purchase of repair parts.
• Stock adjustments on slow moving inventory will be allowed on an annual basis.
• In some instances we will entertain private label distributors. In this case refer to the ESS Private Label Program.
